Ragu di Verdura or 'Pomarola', a traditional tomato based sauce with vegetables and herbs. Ideal with fresh pasta made with our antique grain flour but just as tasty with any type of pasta. Made exactly to Rosanna's recipe.
Can also be used as an extra special tomato sauce for pizza, on crostini or bruschetta as an anti-pasto or as a tasty sauce for meat.
This is the larger size, enough sauce for 4 people with fresh pasta or 6 people with dry pasta. Available in 280g size, packaged in glass jars with screw top lid.
Ingredients: Tomato, carrots, celery, onion, white wine (contains sulphates), salt and garlic. No preservatives, no additives, just fresh vegetables picked from our fields.
