Pure fire, the name says it all, 'incendiare' means to set fire to... our chillies are HOT but sweet, and so tasty if used in the right dosage! Use with caution but literally everywhere - from Pizza to meatballs, vegetable dishes to pasta recipes, to accompany cheese or in sandwiches and salads.
